Iowa football coach Kirk Ferentz is speaking with reporters on Friday, Aug. 14 for Hawkeyes media day.
The Hawkeyes finished 9-4 overall in 2025, with a 6-3 record in the Big Ten Conference. Iowa is looking to replace starting quarterback Mark Gronowski, with Hank Brown and Jeremy Hecklinski competing for the starting job.
Defensive line also is a question mark entering the season, as defensive coordinator Phil Parker looks to rebuild a group that lost most of its key players.
