Although he's already been ruled out for Game 5, Golden State Warriors star guard Stephen Curry went through a re-evaluation on his injured hamstring on Wednesday prior to Game 5 against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

According to an update shared by the Warriors following Curry's re-evaluation, the All-Star point guard is making "good progress" and has been cleared for light on-court workouts, including shooting drills. Curry will be re-evaluated again on Saturday prior to a potential Game 6 against the Timberwolves.

However, the Warriors will have to get through Game 5 to give Curry a chance to return in Game 6 on Sunday. The Warriors will face the Timberwolves on Wednesday in a win-or-go-home situation. Trailing 3-1 in the series, the Warriors have dropped three straight games with Curry out of the lineup.

Golden State's lone win in the series came in Game 1 with Curry available. Curry tallied 13 points early in 13 minutes to start the game before exiting with a hamstring injury.

The Warriors are set to tip-off Game 5 against the Timberwolves on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. PT.
