In full voice; Germany supporters flood the streets of Toronto
In another show of remarkable World Cup support, German fans have formed a sea white along Toronto's lakeshore on their way to Die Mannschaft's marquee Group E clash against Cote d’Ivoire.
The march to Toronto Stadium began before noon (local time), with thousands of supporters chanting, jumping and waving flags along packed waterfront streets.
Unsurprisingly, some have even noticed long lines forming outside of a lakefront brewery in Toronto.
While there were similar marches in Toronto from both Bosnian and Canadian fans ahead of the Canucks' World Cup opener, nothing compares to the sheer quantity, organisation and commitment of DFB supporters.
And paired with warm, sunny conditions, Canada's largest city looks set for a true World Cup party!
