My Fair Lady, Evita, Once More With Feeling (Buffy), Song Beneath the Song (Grey's Anatomy), Sound of Music and Jesus Christ Superstar are my favorite Movie/TV musicals but I can't think of a single actress that rises above Julie Andrews. I'm also fond of several Judy Garland musicals so I'd put her second.
