Kit leaks always generate excitement, but when it involves a club like Real Madrid, the reaction tends to be even stronger.
This time, the spotlight is on a design choice that is set to divide opinion – the return of pink.
According to early reveals from Footy Headlines, the club’s third kit for the 2026/27 season will mark a significant stylistic shift, as the design brings back a colour that has only appeared sparingly in Madrid’s history.

The shirt is expected to feature a deep, dark pink base, which is a bold and modern take that immediately stands out from the club’s traditional palette.
This will be the first time in six years that Real Madrid reintroduce pink into their kit lineup, making it one of the most talked-about design choices ahead of the new season.
What truly sets this kit apart, however, is not just the colour but the detailing.
The design reportedly includes an intricate geometric pattern spread across both the front and back of the shirt.

This pattern is built using fine dotted lines, forming a mix of circular and diamond shapes that give the kit a textured appearance.
Complementing the bold base colour, subtle ivory accents have been incorporated throughout the design.
These appear on the V-neck collar, sleeve cuffs, and the iconic three stripes running along the shoulders.
The branding elements, including the Adidas logo, sponsor, and a monochrome version of the Real Madrid crest, are all rendered in white.
On the back, just below the neckline, the initials “RMCF” are placed in a stylised retro white font, adding a nostalgic touch to an otherwise contemporary design.
Notably, this will be only the third time in the club’s history that pink features so prominently.
The first instance dates back to the 2014–15 season, the second came in 2020–21, and now, with this latest iteration, Real Madrid appear ready to fully embrace the colour once again.
