Seriously, I've been thinking about all the mean things I've said over the last few weeks about Terrell Suggs, Arizona State football, the Pac 10, the SEC, Payton Manning, kerouac9, etc.... all in the defense of Byron Leftwich and Husker football.

I would take a pass on Weathersby. He wasn't a rock solid first rounder to begin with (he was supposed to go around when we picked) so he could be available later.

I do like the idea of trading our 3rd for KJ. Despite what some say, he is a pretty good receiver. IF we traded for him and signed Robinson, our receiver corps wouldn't look too bad.

Most mocks I saw had him in the 15 to 20 range.

I like #1 and #3. I would try to get a DT with the 2nd and sign MR. Then we have Vet WR to go with our own and a pass rush.

We all know that it really depends on which mock, at what time.

Even before he was shot (ouch), he was falling behind Wilson of Illinois and Davis of Texas A&M. It was one of those things that the more teams went back and looked at tape of Weathersby, the more nervous they got.

He has great size and speed, but poor coverage skills. He kind of reminds me of a much faster Mike Rumph.
