This. I really hope that on kickoffs, if the kick goes even a yard into the endzone, just take a knee and put the ball on the 25. Watching Ellington not even being able to get to the 20 was cringeworthy.

I'm not sold on Ellington as a punt returner or kickoff returner. I thought he looked tentative. Not sure there is an answer on the present roster. SK may need to scour the wavier wire once teams make cuts.

Being tentative is not his problem at all. All good returners have that one first initial move no matter how slight... Ellington just goes straight into the coverage

Why? Palmers finger is healed and not the problem as it was towards the end of last season. Crazy tips happen to every QB. If you seen him in practice slinging the ball youd have no worries.

No pressure in practice. He needs to re-gain his in-game mojo, his confidence and swagger. I have no doubt he will, but fear we may start the season a bit slow.

I'm more worried about Carson Palmer. A couple of years ago he was at the top of his game then he got hurt and.... Drew Stanton SUCKS. We didn't go very far after that. Then last year (jmho) Carson Palmer blew it for us and he SUCKED although some other players didn't step up either. I now believe after watching the preseason that Carson Palmer just doesn't have it any more and god I hope I am wrong. Oh, by the way Stanton SUCKS!! lol
