IHSA baseball playoffs: 2026 supersectional schedule for Illinois

The 2026 IHSA baseball postseason is down to the final 32 teams after sectional championship games across four classes on Saturday, June 6.

The tournament continues Monday, June 8 with the Elite Eight in each class, known as supersectionals. Winners of these games advance to the IHSA state finals set for the Class 1A and 2A fields on June 12-13 at Illinois Field in Champaign. The Class 3A and 4A state finals are at Slammers Stadium in Joliet on the same weekend.

2026 IHSA baseball Class 1A supersectional schedule​

• At Bloomington (IWU): (1) Tremont vs. (1) Armstrong, 6 p.m.
• At Springfield (Lincoln Land): (1) Jacksonville Routt vs. (3) Nokomis, 4 p.m.
• At DeKalb (NIU): (1) Putnam County vs. Forreston Sectional winner, 4:30 p.m.
• At Carbondale (SIU): (1) North Clay vs. (1) Goreville, 4 p.m.

2026 IHSA baseball Class 2A supersectional schedule​

• At Kane County: (2) Harvest-Westminster vs. Chicago Hope Academy Sectional final, 4 p.m.
• At Carbondale (SIU): (3) Pinckneyville vs. (1) Freeburg, 7 p.m.
• At Peru St. Bede: Chillicothe Sectional winner vs. (1) Ottawa Marquette, 5 p.m.
• At Springfield (Lincoln Land): (1) St Joseph-Ogden vs. (3) Williamsville, 7 p.m.

2026 IHSA baseball Class 3A supersectional schedule​

• At Crestwood (Ozinga Field): Chicago Brooks Sectional winner vs. (2) Nazareth, 5 p.m.
• At Geneseo: (1) Geneva vs. (2) East Peoria, 6 p.m.
• At Schaumburg (Wintrust Field): (1) Crystal Lake South vs. Oak Park Fenwick Sectional winner, 5 p.m.
• At Decatur (Millikin): (1) Normal U-High vs. (1) Troy Triad, 6 p.m.
