Let's say the Browns are not able to get the QB they want early in the draft. What would it take for them to move from 26 to 20 and take Carr if he is available?

If I'm the GM I ask for their #71 (rd3) pick.
#20=850pts.
#26+#71=935pts.
Good trade. Great draft to do it in.

By the way, if I am looking to trade with Cleveland, I am looking to trade #20 for their 2nd rounder (35) and their two 3rd rounders (71, 83).
That would give us picks 35, 52, 71, 83, 84, 120, 160 & 196. That is the deal I would pursue.

It seems like all the buzz is Carr or Shazier for the Cards at 20.
That is until Anthony Barr is sitting there(I'm willing it to happen).

Don't see Barr getting past the Titans at #11.
They may have to tie up Whisenhunt and stick a sock in his mouth to get
him to pass on Gilbert or Dennard.
