I will give you $55 but you need to sign a waiver saying if I can't attend the games I don't have to pay. :D

I'll take one of your tickets and give up 3 of mine.

If he was a true Cards fan he would pay for the tickets and not use them all year and get nothing in return. Now that is a die hard fan.

Why do people moan about the draft choices. Not one draft pick has played a down in the NFL. And for the 1,000,000th time, Pace was the Cards' highest DE on their board. If we hadn't got a DE, everyone would be screaming bloody murder.

I'm alright with the picks actually. It's not what I would have done, but I'm waiting to see what happens.

I have contacted SunCardfan agent and I feel his contributions would be something this team needs. I have not offered him a contact and hope to have his tickets by the end of the week.

cya SunCard, a fair weather fan for sure

I dont care if the Cards ever win another game, I'll still be a fan. This season is shaping up fine for me. We got rid of some dead weight and locker room cancer. All the current BS wont matter after the first snap!!

Ok maybe I was a little hasty ;) But guys you should be a little nicer to people on here, I mean I wouldn't blame someone for quitting the Cards if they got tired of the Bidwills. I don't think they always have our best interests at heart, do you? I also wouldn't rip anyone for wanting to stay a Cards fan. By the way I do know how to spell Bidwill, I think I've seen too many people post Bidwill on this site so it's rubbed off on me.

I just got my tickets today, they just upgraded them big time. I think I have the best seats you could have! Maybe they knew how pissed I was at the draft. I really almost puked after I heard us trade down, but I'm feeling a little better now.

By the way, I think I was Cardfan1 before and before that Cardfan and I think I was something else on AZPROSPORTS.COM. It's been too long.

You see... it's just like my Mom use to say: "....that too will pass."

The funny thing about being a true, diehard fan; there is no on/off switch. For better or worse, it's in your blood. I couldn't root for or care about another team if I went to a hypnotist. Management, personnel and record aside; I'll always be a Cards' fan. There is nothing else I can be.

Well if I were to quit on the Cards, I wouldn't pick another team, at least not to be a die hard fan of. I wouldn't be able to do it. I was thinking about doing something constructive like working out at the gym more on the weekend.....or learning a new skill... Who am I kidding?

Dude, you were where we've all been at one point or another. I remember my wife talking me out of driving down to the airport to throw every single piece of Cardinals stuff I have at the team when they returned from Dallas after that pathetic 17-3 loss a few years ago.

I've instituted a three-day-waiting-period upon myself since then, not just on the Cardinals, but with everything. If I'm still angry or hurt enough to follow through on something after three days, I figure I have a legit beef.

You did take your share of chastisment, but then again, you did post that you quit on the Cards on a Cardinals message board. The way most of us see it (if I can be allowed to speak for others here), you quit on the Cards, you quit on us.

You know I think that's how long it took me to get over it, well maybe closer to two days.... It still made me sick when we missed out on Suggs. I have ASU tickets too, and I always thought we weren't going to get this guy because he's going to be a top three pick, and then amazingly enough he was there! He was what we needed, a defensive end! He was bright, nice, and I felt genuinely wanted to be a Cardinal! I really felt that before the draft if he could have chosen any team and be paid the same amount of money he would have chosen to be a Cardinal. How many players can you think of that would feel that way?!

The worst off season? One man's junk is another man's treasure. This has been the best off season I can remember. Just think. No more first quarter ints to put the game out of reach. Two top running backs, a top fullback, a QB up up upgrade., two receiver draft picks to replace the dropsy and powder nose boys, and a new offensive coordinator to complete what should be an exciting offense that will finally give the defense some rest. On defense they replaced an aging free safety, and frafted a defensive end. After June 1, I'm expecting more defensive signings. What a great off season. The excitement of going into a game and not being afraid of your QB throwing the ball is almost too much for this old man to handle.

Jeff Blake threw an INT every 26.8 times he passed the ball last year.

Jake Plummer threw an INT every 26.5 times he passed the ball last year.

Two years ago Plummer threw an INT every 37.5 times he threw the ball.

Three years ago(he only threw 1 pass in 2001) Blake threw an INT every 33.5 times he passed.

One could say that at least Blake completed more of his passes though. Unfortunately, one would be wrong. Last year Blake completed 55.7 whereas Plummer had a 57.3.

But hey, Blake's '02 Ravens and '00 Saints were worse teams than the Cards, so that is why, no? Well, no. I think anyone, save for deluded homers, would agree that both the 2000 Saints and 2002 Ravens were better squads.

I don't see where the hard data comes from regarding Plummer being way more INT prone than Blake. I wish it were the case, but sadly it is not.

Are you saying that with a straight face? Blake has 119 career TDs and 83 INTs, only one season where he threw more INTs than TDs and that was his rookie year when he had 9 pass attempts.

Plummer has 90 career TDs and 114 INTs, and one season where he threw more TDs than INTS.

Oh yeah, there's no 'hard data' Plummer is more interception prone than Blake. Everyone is just pulling that idea out of their ass.
