who would the top players be?

What if the NFL for just one year got rid of all the personal workouts, the scouting combine, the interviews, the thousands of hours of speculation and just had the draft the day after the national championship game.

If I was a GM I would be half tempted to give an ultimatum to my scouting department that I would want my first round board done by Christmas, no looking at 40 times, interviews, etc...: just what they see on the field.

Here is my top 5 draft board if teams went exclusively with play on the field and used their eyes instead of what the stop watch or the wonderlic says:

1. Terrell Suggs
2. Byron Leftwich
3. Charles Rogers
4. Carson Palmer
5. Marcus Trufant
