Keim is probably going to offer Drake somewhere between $6-7 million on at least a 3 year contract. Drake isn't worth that. He essentially had three good games for the Cardinals where he went over 100 yds. One where half of his yardage came on one run. Drake is at best a second tier running back. Cbus is right and in this years draft predictions you don't see more than one RB getting drafted in the first round and in many of them zero in the first round.
Jacobs was the only RB selected in round one in 2019. Sanders was the only one selected in round two. Henderson, Montgomery, Mattison, and Singletary were still there in round three. There are not many teams out there that need help in the RB position. San Diego is one and Miami, Detroit, New England, Tennessee if they can't resign Henry, and possibly Tampa Bay. Some of these will be resolved through free agency. Henry, Hunt, Gordon, and Howard will land somewhere and resolve a team's RB situation. This leaves very few teams in need in of a RB especially early in the draft.
There are quite a few RBs in the 2020 draft that should be able to replace Drake and his production. You want a RB like Henry, then draft A. J. Dillon out of Boston College.
