BYU Basketball plays Tuesday night at the Marriott Center against the UCF Knights.
The BYU Cougars look to keep momentum going after a huge win against no. 6 (now no. 4) Iowa State on Saturday night. BYU led for most of that game, pulling off the victory by a final score of 79-69. The Cougars are 20-7 on the year with an 8-6 record in the Big 12.
UCF also has an 8-6 record in the Big 12 and are 19-7 overall. They won a close one at the University of Utah on Saturday – the final score was 73-71. UCF has knocked off Kansas earlier in the season, and Texas Tech at the end of Jan.
Tuesday night will be the only regular season meeting between BYU and UCF and the fifth all-time. The Cougars are 4-0 in the prior games. ESPN’s Matchup Predictor favors BYU heavily, giving them an almost 87 percent chance of winning.
