The Kansas City Chiefs will play the penultimate game of their 2025 regular season campaign against the Denver Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium on Christmas Day.
With several Chiefs stars expected to be sidelined in Week 17, the reigning AFC champions will rely on a combination of unsung veterans and young backups to put up a competent performance against the division-leading Broncos.
Denver has already secured its spot in the playoffs but it will need to take care of business against Kansas City to secure home-field advantage in the AFC Divisional and AFC Championship rounds.
Here's how to watch the Chiefs' Christmas Day matchup against Denver, including time, TV schedule, and streaming information:
TV channel: KSHB 41 (NBC) Start time: 7:15 p.m. CT Announcers: Al Michaels (play-by-play), Kirk Herbstreit (analyst) Sideline reporter: Kaylee Hartung
Kansas City's Week 17 matchup against Denver can be streamed via Prime Video and NFL+.
Chiefs 13, Broncos 28: With two games left to play this season, Kansas City's sixteen-week-long nightmare is almost over.
The primary focus of Thursday's matchup will be the effort of the Chiefs' backups. A victory, though not entirely out of the question, is unlikely given the state of Kansas City's roster. Major performances from second- and third-string players could help answer some of the many questions the Chiefs have going into the offseason.
One key player to watch on Thursday will be superstar tight end Travis Kelce, who very well may be playing his final game at Arrowhead. The four-time All-Pro will be quarterback Chris Oladokun's primary target as he looks to finish off his thirteenth season as Kansas City's top receiver. Expect Kelce to have a solid outing on Thursday, though it will not be enough to secure a win.
