FRISCO, TX — Big 12 Football Media Days are returning to The Star in Frisco, Texas, this week as the beginning of the 2026 college football season approaches.

The two-day event will be held Tuesday, July 7, and Wednesday, July 8. Both days will be televised nationally via ESPNU.

Storylines are aplenty for a league that has ruled a wild offseason. Plenty of headlines will emerge from the event, which brings all 16 teams together.
