The Dallas Wings (3-2) look for a third straight win on Friday night as they continue a three-game road trip on Friday night against the Atlanta Dream (2-1) at Gateway Center Arena, with the Dream coming off their first loss.

Jessica Shepard recorded the first triple-double of the WNBA season on Wednesday night, finishing with 18 points, 12 assists, and 10 rebounds as Dallas opened its road trip with a 99-89 win over the Chicago Sky. Paige Bueckers scored 24 points, and Arike Ogunbowale added 23 while No. 1 overall pick Azzi Fudd matched her season-high with 12 points off the bench.

The Dream, playing without All-Star Rhyne Howard (concussion protocol), lost on a short jumper with 3.6 seconds left on Sunday as the Las Vegas Aces escaped Atlanta with an 85-84 victory. Allisha Gray paced the Dream with 25 points, and Te-Hina Paopao added 19 while Madina Okot came off the bench for 14 points and 11 rebounds in just 16 minutes. Angel Reese struggled, finishing 1-of-8 from the floor with nine points, eight rebounds, and eight turnovers.
Bueckers averages 20.8 points for the Wings, with Agunbowale scoring 17.4 points per game and Shepard putting up 12.4 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 6.8 assists a night. Gray scores an average of 25.0 points for the Dream, with Reese getting 10.7 points and 12.7 boards per game and Jordin Canada posting 14.0 points, 5.3 assists, and 3.3 steals an outing.
Howard is expected to be a game-time decision for Atlanta, which is also awaiting the return of All-Star forward Brionna Jones, who has yet to take the court this season due to a knee injury.
