How Oregon Ducks in the NFL performed in Week 18

The Oregon Ducks are in the midst of their most successful season since they made it all the way to the National Championship game more than a decade ago. It’s all been made possible by a talented crop of players, some of whom will be headed off to the NFL Draft in just a few months.

The Ducks had 10 players drafted last year, with most of them making an impact at the next level, so this season should be no different. The NFL Playoffs begin this week and there will be a decent amount of Oregon players in the tournament.

They have been improving all season and helping to put their teams in these envious positions, and now it is almost time for their dedication to be tested. Let’s take a look at what some of these players did during the last week of the NFL regular season as they gear up for the playoffs.

Bo Nix — Denver Broncos​

Game Stats: 14/23, 141 yards, 8 carries, 49 yards

Nix had a rough day against a Chargers team that was resting most of their starters. This isn’t a good way to head into the playoffs.

Bucky Irving — Tampa Bay Buccaneers​

Game Stats: 26 carries, 85 yards, 1 catch, 13 yards

2025 was just a nightmare season for Irving. He could never move the ball efficiently on the ground, and he won’t have a chance to change the story in the postseason after Tampa Bay was eliminated.

Juwan Johnson — New Orleans Saints​

Game Stats: 3 catches, 61 yards

Johnson capped off his best season with another great performance. He has a ton of momentum heading into the 2026 season.

Troy Dye — Los Angeles Chargers​

Game Stats: 2 tackles, 1 PD

Dye was able to impact the game a bit more this week, which is a welcome sign for the Chargers as they prepare for the playoffs.

Evan Williams — Green Bay Packers​

Game Stats: 3 tackles

Williams had a relatively quiet game, but most of the Packers’ starters sat out of this game, so it isn’t too big of a concern.

Jordan Burch — Arizona Cardinals​

Game Stats: 2 tackles

Burch had a solid day in the last game of the season. He now has a chance to secure a bigger role with the team next season.

Arik Armstead — Jacksonville Jaguars​

Game Stats: 1 tackle

Armstead didn’t do much at all on Sunday, but the Jaguars won by more than 30 points anyway.

Deommodore Lenoir - San Francisco 49ers​

Game Stats: 3 tackles

Lenoir was solid on Saturday night, but he has definitely had better performances. He will try to put this one behind him and load up for the playoffs.

Christian Gonzalez - New England Patriots​

Game Stats: 4 tackles

The Patriots gave up only 137 yards passing this week, so it’s safe to say Gonzalez was excellent once again.

Penei Sewell - Detroit Lions​

Game Stats: 69 snaps

Sewell finished this season where he usually does — staking his claim as the best offensive lineman in the league.

Jeffrey Bassa — Kansas City Chiefs​

Game Stats: 2 tackles

Bassa made a nice impact in his first action since early December. He had a nice rookie season despite his limited snap count.
