The biggest winner of the 2026 NBA Finals is New York Knicks forward Jeremy Sochan.

No matter what happens, he's going to win an NBA title and get a championship ring. How so?

Well, Sochan started off the 2026-26 season with the San Antonio Spurs, who won the Western Conference Finals. In February, the Spurs waived Sochan in a mutual departure. He cleared waivers and signed with the Knicks.

With the Spurs and Knicks playing each other for the 2026 NBA championship, Sochan will benefit either way. Since he was part of the Spurs this season, he would be eligible for the same honors as their players if they win the title. Since he's now with the Knicks, he'd also obviously earn any title considerations as a member of their roster.

Everything is coming up Sochan in this NBA title series; he's a huge winner either way.

When is Game 1?

Game 1 is on Wednesday night in San Antonio.
