Yeah their consistent competency is hard to argue with. I know I thought the Seahawks would see a dip after Carroll left but nope, I also thought the Rams mortgaging high draft picks to win now would bite them in the butt later but again nope. We are stuck with the worst QB, worst coaching staff, worst front office and worst ownership group in the division with no hope in sight.

Since days of NFC East I dont really think they have rivals. Epic battles with Cowboys and Redskins especially in Coryell days. West coast football for me personally just does not compare with gritty blue collar midwest with bad weather games. First game my parents took me to was against Redskins in 1977 in December with it being 7 degrees. Big Red had to win or they were eliminated from playoff contention. Hart, Metcalf, Dobler, Gray, Jackie Smith, Dierdorf, Wehrli against Billy Kilmer, Diron Talbert, Ken Houston, Dave Butz, John Riggins, Chris Hanburger and George Allen.

Conference affiliation is meaningless anymore. Proximity generates passion. I would like to see a division of Big Red, Raiders, Chargers and Rams. All what appears driveable to me for people in AZ.

I think after 1970 merger the Big Red would have been more successful had they been put in the central with Chicago (oldest rivalry in football and not the Bears Packers which gets regurgitated all the time), Green Bay, Minnesota and Detroit due to proximity and similar economics.

Can’t really hate any of them. Their fan bases are way better, their teams are way better, their organizations are way better. Not even close. Any hate at this point is just being a sore loser.

I can't express how much that combo makes you loathe the 49ers. After that, f LA. The Seahawks I might actually like if their fans didn't pretend the invented fandom

I wouldn't mind realignment for some teams

I like this division and keeps the travel to a minimum for division games

Reasons to hate them the most

Seattle - Their uniforms are hideous, they're not even an original NFC team, and the pacific northwest just sucks generally.

San Francisco - They play kind of dirty under shanahan, and they have so much tradition that it makes me want to vomit.

Los Angles Rams - They dumped LA and took the Cardinals old spot in St. Louis for a while, but then they dumped STL and moved back to LA! Wow! What an @sshole franchise! lol

SEA: my in laws are there so its personal. Didnt help that help that in the wake of the NFC Champ loss to CAR in 2015, I received gloating texts from them. This was AFTER hosting them here when they played the PATS in the SB and I didn't say a word the next day. Yes, I am still bitter if you were wondering.

LA: as a Phoenix native sports fan, its my obligation to hate all things LA.

SF: at this point, why not.
