I haven't kept score on how the Seahags, Lambs and Forty-whiners are doing in FA - how do we stack up now?

I know SF lost Stubblefield - and of course we got Hodgins from STL - what else has happened?

Hopefully Okefer will leave SF to join the all new (and IMPROVED!) AZ. Cardinals!

seattle has been upgrading in a fairly big way and have not lost much. I would guess they will be the favorite.

Rams and 49ers seem to be going in the wrong direction. They both had to let some guys go due to cap issues. The 49ers had cap problems and seem to be rebuilding with a new coach. The rams seem to think they have most of what it takes (bruce, holt, warner, faulk, etc) and just hope everyone gets healthy.

Jury is still out until training camp starts..but I bet the seahawks end up as favorites..will will probably be picked last - but I think the 49ers and rams are living on past reputations as opposed to going forward..

I don't see how Seattle has upgraded other than keeping most of their key players. It will be a huge deal for them if the Jets go after Darrell Jackson though, since it would definitely hurt their offense.

San Fran is hard to rate because they are going through a coaching change and we don't know how everybody fits in the system. But, definitely will be worse before they get better.

The Rams still have all the talent, but I'm not sure how long it will last. Could be their last year if strides aren't taken. Definitely the best TALENT in the conferance, but who knows what their production will be.

We have some definite questions but are at about the same place as we were last year. Could be a tough conference, but also is some hope.
