Eight players entered the transfer portal for Indiana this past offseason while two, Shay Ciezki and Jerni Kiaku, ran out of eligibility, making for ten departures. The biggest of the portal entries was arguably freshman guard Nevaeh Caffey, who returned to her home state in committing to Missouri.

The program retained Lenee Beaumont, Zania Socka-Nguemen and Maya Makalusky while adding USC guard Malia Samuels, Iowa State guard Kenzie Hare, Nebraska forward Jessica Petrie and Iowa State forward Alisa Williams alongside a talented four-member freshman class.
