We got to do this. We got to do that.

So is there a decent free agent OT still available? Do we have to spend the 3rd pick in the draft to ( perhaps) upgrade our o-line?
Perhaps we could trade for an OT?

It’s the 3rd pick in the draft. Don’t reach to fill a need.

Hoping we trade for a serviceable RT maybe from a team that drafts an OT high.

Brother Monti is a FA wizard.

He will be amazing after the draft.

Pisses me off that we think a draft pick is a end all be all to build a team.
The Rams trade picks like they were candy to get established players the can immediately plug in and improve their team.

yeah...thats strictly a money issue with the redbirds..
you use those picks in trade you usually have to sign that quality vet to a brand new quality vet contrract.

Mike dont wanna do that.

Brother the Rams have hit on more players in the draft the last 3 years than the Cards have. Has very little to do with where you draft it matters if you can spot talent.

The Cards can’t spot talent the Rams can.

Most teams, even the most successful ones, have linemen that were UDFA. You don't always have to hit a draft pick or pull in a free agent from another team.

Everyone does right before draft. There will be another wave after the draft.

They traded a #1 pick for McDuffie. That’s going after it.
We don’t. We treat draft picks like they are the Hope Diamond. And we’ve sucked at it.

I am curious, after we watch the first round, which picks that are made people feel are not for need.

If the Cardinals had drafted the players I thought they would take just based on the rankings from the pundits, they would be a phenomenal team. But Monti is Monti and Keim was Keim. I should be GM. Lol
