Gwinn suffers shoulder injury
FC Bayern Women defender Giulia Gwinn sustained an injury in Germany’s 5-1 win over Austria on Tuesday. Further examination in Munich confirmed that she had dislocated her shoulder, but it can initially be treated with conservative measures. Further tests will be carried out to assess the success of the treatment. It is not yet clear whether Gwinn will be able to feature in Bayern’s upcoming fixtures.
