Grizzlies star point guard Ja Morant is still not close to returning to the court.

According to a medical update from the Memphis Grizzlies, Morant is still feeling "discomfort" from a UCL sprain in his left elbow. Morant suffered the injury back in January.

The team states that Morant underwent follow-up imaging on his elbow on Wednesday, which reportedly showed "incomplete healing."

The Grizzlies say that Morant will be reevaluated in two weeks.

Morant has only played 20 games this season due to various injuries. He also served a one-game suspension early in the season after comments he reportedly made to the media following a loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.

Morant was the center of trade talks after ESPN reported that the team was open to trading him. Morant remained with the team past February's trade deadline after it was reported that no team made "serious offers" for him.

Morant has averaged 19 points, three rebounds, and eight assists this season.
