➜ Guytondidn't really have a consistent role in year one in C-U. Some of that came down to missed time due to injury for the former Peoria High standout and four-star recruit. But Guyton still played in 30 of 34 games after an offseason transfer from Iowa. Where her role really changed was moving into the starting five after sustained a season-ending knee injury. Guyton, who started 15 games for Illinois as a sophomore, put up solid numbers along the way in averaging 6.3 points, 2.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists on 38.7/38.0/84.8 shooting.

Where Guyton fits in that backcourt rotation will be fascinating to watch with the Peoria native's ability as a three and D player her best avenue toward consistent playing time.
