I was surprised to read this in an article about Boldin and Hayes at the Cards website:

"No, it does not," stated Graves. "I had indicated with his agent that I would be in contact with him after the draft. His agent indicated that Marcus' first priority was the Arizona Cardinals and so we will follow up with him after the draft and continue to talk and hopefully get something done with Marcus."

So, if we sign MRob, that'll leave us with a crew of

MRob
Boldin
Johnson
McAddley

And the fifth? Kasper would be my guess. Maybe we'll keep six?

I actually think that if we sign M Rob and with all the young talent we will be OK at WR. All the competition in camp will be great!

The Cards MUST have a veteran presence in the WR corp and Robinson would be great. I hope the Cards get a crack at him but I am worried their lacksadasical approach may have turned him off.

You just keep pushing 100$ bills across the table saying,

"Do you feel me now?" He'll feel the love pretty soon.

Still, why insist on waiting if you draft two guys high and then turn around and say "We still want him," ?

Why would Robinson be interested now?? We've added two high picks at WR. Along with McAddley, Kasper, Gilmore, Poole & Soliday it doesn't look as if there is much room. I would have thought that the attractive factor before the draft was an easy roster spot.
