The Vegas Golden Knights have their backs against the wall. Thursday's 4-2 loss brought John Tortorella's team to the brink of elimination, and according to the Vegas coach, that's where they'll stay.

While speaking to reporters postgame, Tortorella guaranteed a Game 7 next Wednesday in Raleigh.

"We'll be back here. We're just going to do it in a different order," Tortorella said, per ESPN. "I'm going to leave my clothes here. That's for sure. They'll be in the hotel."

It's a bold statement from a coach whose team has looked outmatched at times this series. The Hurricanes rallied back from a 2-0 deficit to beat Vegas in Game 2, then Vegas allowed Carolina to tie Game 3 after taking what appeared to be an insurmountable 4-0 lead.

Injury concerns and struggles in net certainly aren't helping Torts' case.

Karlsson, one of Vegas' key forwards, left Game 5 with an arm injury and is unlikely to play Sunday.

"He's not going to be with us, probably," Tortorella said.

Will Vegas bench Carter Hart?

Despite Carter Hart's immense struggles in the Stanley Cup Final, Tortorella is sticking with the seven-year veteran ahead of Adin Hill.
