UPDATE: The Giants will not have a joint training camp practice against the Jets this year, according to the New York Post. The teams will play in the Aug. 28 preseason finale. But they will not practice together in advance of that game, as they did most recently in 2022 and 2025.

As the Giants prepare to report to training camp in West Virginia in late July, they have set some joint camp practices.
Those practices will be with the Dolphins, leading up to the teams’ second preseason game, on Aug. 22 in Miami.
Jeff Hafley — a Montvale native and the Dolphins’ new head coach — made the announcement Tuesday about the Giants-Dolphins joint practices.
Meanwhile, the Giants on Tuesday are beginning organized team activities practices.
The Giants-Dolphins joint camp practices likely will be Aug. 19-20 at the Dolphins’ training facility, which is located near their stadium.
Though the Giants will open training camp at The Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., they’ll return to East Rutherford in time for the Aug. 15 preseason opener against the Vikings at MetLife Stadium.
The Giants’ preseason finale is Aug. 28 against the Jets. It remains unclear whether the Giants and Jets will hold joint camp practices, as they did most recently in 2022 and 2025, when Brian Daboll coached the Giants.
Now, the Giants are preparing for Year 1 under his replacement, John Harbaugh, who will debut in the regular season with a high-profile game — a Sunday night nationally televised showdown in East Rutherford against the Cowboys on Sept. 13.
Harbaugh’s team is heading to West Virginia for about the first two weeks of camp because of construction at the Giants’ training facility and the arrival of the World Cup, though that event ends July 19, with the championship game being held at MetLife Stadium.
It’s unclear when the Giants will report to training camp in West Virginia, though it’ll probably be at some point early in the week of July 27.
