Giannis Antetokounmpo and his Milwaukee Bucks were eliminated from the 2025 NBA playoffs by the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday. The Greek Freak's future with the Bucks will be under the spotlight for the rest of the offseason after another failed season for Milwaukee.
Even during the season, Antetokounmpo was the subject of trade rumors, with the Golden State Warriors, Brooklyn Nets and even the Los Angeles Lakers being mentioned as potential landing spots for the forward.
Following his post-game incident with Tyrese Haliburton's dad, which sparked a big reaction from the two-time NBA MVP, Antetokounmpo is having some family time away from Wisconsin.

With all the buzz around him, whatever Antetokounmpo does or says and wherever he goes, people will make something out of it. That was the case on Thursday when the 2021 NBA champion was spotted walking around New York.
After "SleeperKnicks" shared a video of Antetokounmpo walking around the city with his family, plenty of fans speculated about his potential arrival at Madison Square Garden.
"He’s begging to be on the Knicks," one fan said.
"Saw him shopping at the Oculus by world trade center before the season started. He wants to be a Knick," another fan said.
"Man walks around Largest City in the Country, Future Knick," a third fan said.
"I’ll trade my career away to see a big 3 of Brunson, Towns and Giannis," a fourth fan said.
"Everyone wants to be in NYC," a fifth fan said.
"If only they didn’t do that dumb bridges trade," a sixth fan wrote.
Some fans reminded the rest that the Knicks used plenty of draft picks to bring Mikal Bridges in the 2024 offseason. Others said it was more likely to see Antetokounmpo on the Brooklyn Nets and a group of them said the video wasn't real or recent.
During his 12-year tenure in the league, Antetokounmpo has been linked with a move away from Milwaukee and that possibility might be drawing closer as we speak.
