It’s time to start preparing for the 2026 Syracuse Orange football season. We’re going through the roster to take a look at each Syracuse player as we get to know a lot of new faces for Year 3 of the Fran Brown Era.

Name: Tylik Hill
Position: Running back
Year: Sophomore
Height: 5’9”
Weight: 205 lbs.
Hometown: Asbury Park, NJ
High School/Previous College: Pope John XXIII Regional High School
2025 stats: Appeared in eight games and finished with 24 carries for 129 yards, averaging 5.4 yards per run.
2026 projections: Like with many of the running backs in the GTKYO series, Hill is another option looking to fill in some of the void at the position. Of all of Syracuse’s running backs, he certainly has the most reps with the team. You’d imagine he’d be in the mix for one of the top two spots and would definitely be in the rotation across the year.
How’d he get here?: Committed to the Orange over an offer from UMass.
