Germany jumpers Felix Hoffmann and Philipp Raimund will not be present for weekend ski jumping World Cup events in Poland for health reasons.
The German ski federation said on Thursday that Hoffmann is nursing a knee problem while Raimund has not fully recovered from a bout of flu.
Both had completed the Four Hills Tour which ended on Monday, with Hoffmann sixth overall and Raimund eighth.
The Polish events in Zakopane are a super team event on Saturday and a regular large hill competition on Sunday.
The German jumpers present are Olympic champion Andreas Wellinger, former multiple world champion Karl Geiger and Pius Paschke who are all struggling with their form.
