The Georgia Bulldogs had a big day on draft day. Defenders Mykel Williams, Malaki Starks and Jalon Walker were selected in the first round and 13 Bulldogs heard their names called in the 2025 NFL draft.

Georgia finished the draft with the most players selected of any school in the SEC and the second most in the entire nation. Ohio State was the only school that had more players drafted than Georgia, with 14. The national championship squad had a lot of NFL draft talent.

The SEC led every conference in total players drafted for a 19th consecutive year. The SEC's 79 drafted players is just ahead of the Big Ten's 71. Georgia was the biggest contributor out of the SEC this year.

The current state of the Bulldog's roster is in flux because of the draft. The front seven of Georgia was hit the hardest, losing Jalon Walker, Mykel Williams, Tyrion Ingram Dawkins, Smael Mondon, Chaz Chambliss, Warren Brinson, and Nazir Stackhouse. The Bulldogs are looking to replace the front seven with returners like Christian Miller, transfer additions like Miami's Joshua Horton, and incoming freshman like Elijah Griffin.

Georgia has had college football-best 46 players selected over the past four seasons.
