According to Spotrac.com, Karlaftis' base salary for the 2025 season was $1,100,000. He also earned a $5,465,086 signing bonus proration and an $8,820 workout bonus.

Overthecap.com reports that Karlaftis' total cap number in 2025 was $6,565,086. These earnings accounted for 2.3 percent of Kansas City's total cap space.

George Karlaftis 2026 salary​


Next season, Karlaftis is set to receive a base salary of $10,900,000, a prorated signing bonus of $4,000,000, and a workout bonus of $250,000.
