Gasperini holds one-on-one video call with Greenwood
Gian Piero Gasperini dreams of embracing Mason Greenwood as early as the July 13th training camp.
The Grugliasco-born coach believes the English winger is the right player to make a qualitative leap in attack, in a department that relied on Soulé’s play in the first half of the season and Malen’s in the second half of the season.
Marseille continues to demand €50 million plus €5 million in bonuses for the 2001-born player, who has scored 26 goals and provided 11 assists.
As Il Messaggero reports, Gasperini has been personally involved in the negotiations in recent days, holding a video call with the player and his agent. Gasp explained the technical project to him and received the initial yes.
