He should have let him catch the ball and then tackle him for the distance needed but that goes against the mentality of a CB. That was pass interference but with the rules, there is no way to really stop a stud WR now when they are on with the current rules

Exactly. Julio is hand checking, grabbing and pushing just as much as PP but they obviously won't call it.

How are you possibly supposed to cover someone like Julio when you are also playing under a different set of rules???

You can't. Now there are only a few WR with his talent which make the rules so apparent in favor of the offense, but there is not much PP can do unless we start getting more pressure on Ryan but he has a quick release on these plays which favor JJ excelling
