Considering the problems Escobar is having, after having led
the team in RBI's last season, I'd still rather see two of our
four most productive RBI hitters, Calhoun and Ketel, hitting
in the heart of the order with Starling and Peralta, rather
than leadoff and second.
It worked tonight, but not before the Rockies games. If it
continues working, I'll back off.
But remember, our most effective pitcher, who held a
1-run lead, was on the mound tonight. So far, only two
of our starting five can be counted on to do that.
