Christian Walker, our only hot hitter, with a 2-run HR in the top of the 1st.

    A lead for Robbie Ray.

Any predictions? I see RR going 5 innings giving up 4 runs on about 100 pitches. We end up winning 7-6.

'Sounds about right. The 'winning' part would be nice.

    Avoid the sweep!

Robbie with 19 pitches. Two strikeouts and strands two in the bottom of the 1st.

Davies had thrown 25 in the top of the 1st.

Escobar with a HR in the 4th to make it 3-0.

And Grandal, the catcher, with a lazy play at 1B
    allowing another D-backs run. 4-0.

Error by the Brewers 2B (his second sloppy play)
    allows Marte to score. 5-0.

Bases left loaded going to the bottom of the 5th.

Robbie needs to get through the inning to qualify
    for the win.

Well, you called the pitch count right. 103 pitches in 5 innings. And he's gone.

    With a 5-0 lead, I hope it doesn't end up 7-6. I wouldn't trust our bullpen with a 1-run lead.

Bob Brenly said in the 7th inning, "The D-backs bats showed up today."

He truly represents the fans and tells it like it is.

Lopez gives up a solo HR to start the bottom of the 7th. 5-1.

Milwaukee with another run in the bottom of the 8th.

Archie comes in to strand two and end the inning with
the tying run at the plate. 5-2 D-backs going to the
    top of the 9th.

Archie with his usual two runners on in the 9th (and, once again,
the tying run at the plate) with 2 outs.

And Archie gets the third out.

    The D-backs didn't get swept.

Archie had me a little worried for a while but he came through.

Why can't this team put it all together at the same time? When the starting pitchers are dealing, the bullpen sucks. When the starters are struggling the bullpen is good. Our offense goes dead or drops 10+ runs. Never consistent
