The Oklahoma City Thunder host the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday for the 2026 NBA playoffs. It will be Game 5 of the 2026 Western Conference Finals. The series is tied 2-2.

The Thunder try to wash away the nasty taste out of their mouth from a 103-82 Game 4 loss on Sunday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had a forgettable 19 points and seven assists. Chet Holmgren continues to struggle with just 10 points and nine rebounds.

Meanwhile, the Spurs won a must-win contest. Victor Wembanyama had 33 points and eight rebounds. De'Aaron Fox had 12 points and 10 rebounds. Stephon Castle had a blue-collar 13 points and six assists. They led by as many as 25 points.

All eyes will be on how the Thunder update their injury report. Jalen Williams (hamstring strain injury management) is questionable. Ajay Mitchell (soleus strain) is out. Thomas Sorber (torn ACL) is out.

Meanwhile, the Spurs are fully healthy. Nobody was on their injury report.

Tipoff from Oklahoma City is set for 7:30 p.m. CT.
