Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Clint Ingram is inactive for Thursday night's game against the Indianapolis Colts. Ingram injured his shoulder last week against Miami and had been listed as doubtful. Rookie Russell Allen is scheduled to start in his place. Defensive linemen James Wyche, Julius Williams and Greg Peterson also are inactive for the Jaguars.
