The Tunisian defensive midfielder Ellyes Skhiri, 30, could leave Eintracht Frankfurt this summer if the club fails to secure European qualification. Although under contract until 2027, the player may no longer have a place in the squad.
Since arriving in Frankfurt in July 2023, Skhiri has featured in 13 Bundesliga matches this season. A seasoned Tunisian international with 78 caps and 4 goals, his market value is estimated at €6 million according to Transfermarkt. FC Köln have reportedly made contact, showing interest in the former Montpellier man.
