According to a report from journalist Jordan Miller, former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell was arrested on Sunday on a child support warrant in Stark County, Ohio. According to Lewis, Bell was arrested after he finished an autograph signing at Belden Village Mall in the Jackson Township.

Bell spent his first six NFL seasons with the Steelers after they picked him in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Bell quickly established himself as one of the best backs in the league, being named an All-Pro three times in four seasons.

But a series of contract disputes led to Bell choosing to sit out the entire 2018 season, betting on himself to cash in via free agency, despite a generous contract offer from the Steelers. This decision turned a Hall of Fame career into a running joke as he bounced between four teams in the next three seasons. Bell hasn't been on an NFL roster since 2021.
