Kind of odd that there was no rip current at the time he drowned. I’m in the ocean for hours every time I’m at the beach and it’s so easy to float in salt water. Just don’t panic. Swim with the current. Wonder if he was highly intoxicated.Bodycam video, new details released after ex-NFL QB's death at beach

I'm sure there will be a tox report. It's strange, for sure.Kind of odd that there was no rip current at the time he drowned. I’m in the ocean for hours every time I’m at the beach and it’s so easy to float in salt water. Just don’t panic. Swim with the current. Wonder if he was highly intoxicated.
A lot of people go into our lakes here in Arizona fully dressed in shoes, jeans, etc., and then they struggle to swim dressed like that. He likely either wasn't a great swimmer or he was impaired in some way.Whenever I hear of a younger person drowning, I can’t help but think intoxication. Sad either way
