Kyler Murray voiced his frustration with the lack of reps he's gotten in the Minnesota Vikings' quarterback competition. On Tuesday, Murray said that learning the complex offense is tough to learn when he isn't getting all the reps.

But not everyone believes Murray is the caliber of player to publicly voice his displeasure regarding playing time. Former All-Pro running back Lesean McCoy appeared on the Speakeasy podcast and said Murray hasn't done enough lately to command the treatment he is seeking.

“You know what I hate? A super cocky, arrogant player that’s not that good, that’s a little above average. That is Kyler Murray," said McCoy.

"What have you done for us lately?" McCoy continued. "Because you’ve had some good wide receivers.”

Kevin O'Connell has yet to announce the Vikings' starting quarterback, and both Murray and J.J. McCarthy have made headlines commenting on the competition. Perhaps a starter will be named when the team returns in July for training camp.

Until then, skeptics like McCoy will continue to criticize the quarterbacks when they go public with their displeasure.
