Former Georgia Bulldogs linebacker Tae Crowder has set a United Football League (UFL) record to start the 2026 season. Crowder has 84 tackles through nine games, which is a UFL single season record.

Crowder plays for the Birmingham Stallions, who finished the regular season 4-6. Birmingham missed out on the playoffs. Crowder also has a pair of interceptions and a fumble recovery this season.

Crowder is no stranger to making plays in the UFL. Last season, he posted a pair of pick-sixes in a dominant performance. Crowder last played in the NFL during the 2023 season with the Tennessee Titans. The former 2020 seventh-round draft pick posted a 130-tackle season with the New York Giants in 2021.

Crowder is one of three former Georgia players in the UFL. The other two are both on teams that made the UFL playoffs.

Former Georgia tight end Tre' McKitty has five receptions for 98 yards this season for the Louisville Kings. Former Georgia cornerback Deandre Baker posted 13 tackles, five pass deflections and an interception in nine games for the DC Defenders.
