The FSU softball program has had four players enter the transfer portal this offseason, and three of them are among the top players available.

Former third baseman Jaysoni Beachum was initially the No. 1 transfer in Softball America's rankings, but she has been unseated by another former Seminoles. Standout shortstop Isa Torres shockingly announced she was entering the portal on Monday and is now the top player in the portal.

She has received a 100.00 grade, the highest a player can receive. She is the first player to receive a prefect grade since NiJaree Canady did in the 2024 transfer cycle. Torres is one of three players to ever receive that grade since they started assigning them in the 2022 cycle.

Torres is one of the best players in program history and was poised to have an excellent senior season after a historic junior season for the Seminoles. She broke the school records for batting average (.530), runs (78), slugging percentage (.978), and on-base percentage (.591).

She received numerous accolades after her dominant season with the Seminoles, being named the ACC Player and Defender of the Year, the D1Softball Player of the Year, and a consensus First-Team All-American. She was a three-time All-American, two-time All-ACC First Team selection, and a two-time member of the ACC All-Tournament team.
