Former Falcons assistant joins Baltimore Ravens coaching staff

The Atlanta Falcons named Kevin Stefanski as head coach a little over a week ago, and the rest of his staff has gradually been coming together. Offensive line coach Bill Callahan was the first assistant hired by Stefanski, which left Falcons run-game coordinator/offensive line coach Dwayne Ledford without a job.

Ledford was hired by Atlanta in 2021 to work under former head coach Arthur Smith and did such a good job that Raheem Morris retained him when he took over as head coach in 2024. Ledford helped the Falcons build one of the top offensive lines in the league over the last five seasons.

According to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Baltimore Ravens are set to hire Ledford as the run-game coordinator and offensive line coach.

"Baltimore Ravens are expected to hire former Falcons run game coordinator/OL coach Dwayne Ledford for the same job and title, per source," wrote Schefter. "Ledford was with the Falcons since 2021, and helped lead a run game that finished in the top 10 in rushing the past three seasons."

Ledford will join new Ravens head coach Jesse Minter's staff in Baltimore
