Former Alabama wide receiver Jaylen Waddle has reportedly been traded to the Denver Broncos, per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport.

Waddle spent the first five years of his NFL career with the Miami Dolphins, as the route runner quickly established himself as a superstar in the league following his time at Alabama. The Broncos have reportedly been interested in the former Crimson Tide playmaker since the trade deadline, as Waddle will undoubtedly add an instant boost to Denver’s offense moving forward. Waddle recorded 910 yards and six touchdowns during his final season in Miami, as the talented receiver will look to continue playing at an elite level in Denver.

Waddle was nothing short of a superstar during his time at Alabama. The star receiver recorded 1,999 yards and 17 touchdowns across three seasons with the Tide, as Waddle was a key contributor on the Alabama offense week after week from 2018-20.

Waddle will more than likely emerge as an excellent fit on the Broncos’ offense in 2026, as the former Alabama star has officially found a new home in the NFL.
