Former Alabama defensive tackle Jonathan Allen has reportedly signed a two-year deal with the Cincinnati Bengals, per NFL insider Jordan Schultz.

Allen is an extremely talented defensive tackle that continues to make an impact throughout the second half of his career. The veteran recorded 68 total tackles, 7 TFL and 3.5 sacks with the Minnesota Vikings last season, as Allen could shine yet again in Cincinnati.

The former Alabama star spent the first eight years of his NFL career with the Washington Commanders prior to signing with the Vikings during last year's free agency, as Allen has truly been an elite defensive lineman throughout the majority of his collegiate and professional career.

Allen was nothing short of a superstar during his entire four-year tenure at Alabama. The former Crimson Tide star played a vital role in Alabama’s 2015 national championship run, as Allen recorded an extremely impressive 14.5 TFL and 12 sacks throughout the year.

Allen will look to shine in year No. 10 with the Bengals next season, as the former Alabama playmaker has officially found a new home in Cincinnati.
