I have a question. On a regular kick-off, you are not allowed to make contact with the guy until after he receives the football and you can't interfere with him catching it. Does this go out the window on an on-side kick?

It is a free-for-all after the ball either touches a member of the receiving team or it goes 10 yards...whichever comes first.
