VALLEY HOME VALUES It was a big week for luxury home sales in metro Phoenix, with Multimillion-dollar real estate deals made by Arizona Cardinals players Larry Fitzgerald and DeAndre Hopkins in Paradise Valley also were among the top five priciest sales.

$18 million - Nauni Desert Property LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, paid cash for a mansion with an eight-car garage in Paradise Valley’s Nauni Valley Ranch subdivision. The 13,929-square-foot luxury home sits on three acres and has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The estate grounds feature a pool and a separate guest house. The house was sold by Larry Fitzgerald, the wide receiver who has spent 17 seasons with the Cardinals, as a member of 612 Properties LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company.

$5.1 million - DeAndre Hopkins, who signed with the Cardinals this season after playing for the Houston Texans, purchased a modern contemporary-style mansion with an eight-car garage in Paradise Valley. The 12,000-square-foot residence boasts scenic views of Camelback Mountain. The six-bedroom estate features floor-toceiling glass windows and exposed concrete finishes throughout. The property includes multiple outdoor spaces and a full-length 25-meter lap pool. Brian and Keri deGuzman sold the home. Brian deGuzman is the chief medical officer at PAVmed Inc., a medical device company headquartered in New York

Well, the HOP contract explains why he is buying here.

Wonder what the Fitz sale says about his future? Is he simply moving to something different in Phoenix---or is he on the move with his career after the Cardinals? Going back to Minnesota? To the Big Apple and a job in broadcasting? Going to pack his bags and finish traveling the world? Going to sign with Tampa and get together with BA and play the slot for Brady---and get that ring (maybe Brady will give him one of his spares)?

Fitz sold his house a few years ago, starting a rumor that he was retiring, but instead bought this house he just sold. So he maybe doing the same thing again and moving to another location. Who knows...

Mansion-hopping. Something rich people do on the weekends or when they need 20 bedrooms instead of 15.

After further research it looks like the home Fitz sold was a new build. He had not lived there from what I understand. Sounds like an investment property through the LLC.
